Machi, a shrewd salesperson, is transferred to the Shinjuku office which has a poor sales record. But everyone at the office is intimidated by her attitude.

Niwano represents a couple who wants to sell their house and find a condo. To appraise their property, Niwano visits them, but he finds a few strange things there.

Machi has two clients: a woman, who is a hoarder and wants to sell her condo and a minimalist man who wants to sell his near-empty house. Machi recommends the condo to the man but then finds out that they used to be a couple.

Yashiro suggests that a charismatic culinary researcher, Sawaki, moves to a luxury condominium to help increase his sales. But Sawaki's business is in financial difficulties and she has huge debt.

Both Machi's new client and Niwano's client work at the same company, but they are like oil and water. As bad luck would have it, they both want the same property!

Machi steals Adachi's client which irritates him. This causes him to think about new employment with an insurance company which has been recruiting him.

Upon Shirasu's parents' divorce, plans to demolish their house and sell the land are only days away. Shirasu cannot bear to see her family home being destroyed and devotes herself to selling a house for the first time.

Adachi's client, Akane, a popular weather girl, requests that Machi be her agent. But a weekly magazine reporter misreads the situation when Machi is with Akane's husband for a meeting and photos are exposed to the public.

While Machi needs to sell a multi-generation house, she learns that Niwano's clients are the parents of Adachi's client, both of whom are trying to buy houses separately.

Kokoro receives an eviction notice. Yashiro and others try to save her bar, but Yashiro is told to back out of the matter by upper management.
