    Tearing up a manga about teenagers working hard in the rain for club activities, Nishino complains that such people only exist in manga. Kubota wonders why Nishino and Oyama joined the club, given how unenthusiastic they are about the club.

    Episode 2

    Nishino and Oyama complain that their club advisor, Ueda, is forcing them to participate in club. When it is announced that Ueda is unable to attend the club, the three rejoice, but Ueda suddenly appears.

    Nishino and Oyama complain that the beautiful bond between seniors and juniors depicted in the manga is a lie. Kubota, on the other hand, thinks about what he can do for the juniors.

    Kubota is nervous about the announcement of the starters. On the day of the announcement, Kubota, who did not become a starter, is upset with Nishino and Oyama, who made it on the starting line-up and are now acting silly.

    Just before the game, one of the starters is out sick, and Kubota is thrust into the game. Nervous, Kubota can't play as smoothly as he would like, and he almost gives the ball to the opposing team's ace.
