Kazumi can't help but let his friends borrow money from him, and as a result, he himself is saddled with a large amount of debt. One day, Kazumi falls victim to a scam and meets Hikita and Mimi, who are also in debt.

Kazumi promises Mimi and Hikita to pay off their debt as soon as possible. Mimi, however, is driven by greed and tries to increase her debt.

Kazumi's taking over Shiraishi's debt caused Hikita to break off his friendship with Kazumi. Kazumi goes to a reception for his new job, but his moneylender shows up and reveals Kazumi's debt to the company.

Teruteru fails at his job. He and Chagi, who tried to cover for Teruteru, are both fired. They start working for Kazumi, but their real intention is to prevent him from repaying his debts so they can make their boss happy.

Kazumi is given a final challenge by OmOm; he must show OmOm how many people are willing to help him without a price. If he wins, his debt will be forgiven. If he loses, he must admit that money is more important than heart.
